Exchange Policy

We have a 2-day exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchanges

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds. All approved return requests are eligible for exchange only. No cash refunds, credit card refunds, or store credit refunds will be issued.
